In general, fiber laser marking machines have the longest working life, usually up to 100,000 hours. The fiber optic laser has high electro-optical conversion efficiency, can greatly save power consumption, reduce operating cost, achieve the highest production efficiency, and correct maintenance mode, which can extend the working life of the fiber laser marking machine.

 

1) When the fiber laser marking machine is not working, the marking machine and computer power should be turned off.

 

2) When the fiber laser marking machine is not working, cover the field lens lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.

 

3) When the fiber laser marking machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state. Non-professionals should not be inspected during startup to avoid electric shock.

 

4) If there is any fault in the fiber laser marking machine, the power should be cut off immediately.

 

5) When the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing mirror. The lighter will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect. If the optical lens absorbs heat too much, it will burst. When the marking effect is not good, you should carefully check the surface of the focusing mirror for contamination.

 

If the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated, the focusing mirror should be removed to clean the lower surface.

 

Care should be taken when removing the focusing mirror, taking care not to break or fall; at the same time, do not touch the focusing mirror with your hands or other objects.

 

The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethanol (analytical grade) with diethyl ether (analytical grade) in a ratio of 3:1, infiltrate the mixture with a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper, and gently scrub the lower surface of the focusing mirror. A cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced.

 

6) During the working process of the fiber laser marking machine, the marking machine must not be moved to avoid damage to the machine.

 

7) Do not cover the stack or put other items on the fiber laser marking machine to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.

 

8) Always clean the dust, keep the machine dry and clean, clear the dust from the inside to the outside, pay attention to the dust of the laser and the computer outlet, do not clear the laser and the computer case.

 

9) The working environment must be kept dry and ventilated.
